Katjes Return and Shipping Policy

By accessing or using and various related websites and services (collectively, the “Site”) to purchase products from Katjes, you agree to be bound by this Return and Shipping Policy. This Shipping and Return Policy describes how we ship orders placed through our Site and how we handle requests for order returns, damaged goods and cancellations.

Due to the perishable nature of most of our products, we are unable to accept returns under any circumstances.

All claims for damaged or missing shipments must be made within fifteen (15) days following your scheduled delivery date. Claims may be made by email to or using the chat tool on the site. For claims made by the fifteenth (15th) day following your scheduled delivery, we will replace your damaged or missing shipment with a shipment in a future month. We are unable to accommodate claims for damaged or missing shipments received after the fifteenth (15th) day following your scheduled delivery.

Replacements will not be issued until our customer service team determines that the shipment was damaged or missing. This process may take up to ten (10) business days.

Please review the checkout page before you submit your order for the shipping methods available for your items. Products will be shipped in accordance with the shipping method you selected when placing the order. You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier.

We collect and remit sales taxes as required by applicable law.

You acknowledge that any delivery dates we may provide are non-binding estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments and you expressly waive any right to bring a claim against us for delays or early deliveries. We reserve the right to make deliveries in installments.

We will send you an email to your designated email address when we have received your order and you may review your order and shipping information. We will notify you via email when your order has shipped. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder before contacting us at
